Inspections
In order to have your inspection on the next business day you must call by 4pm. Calls after 4pm will be scheduled for inspection in two business days instead of the next business day.

Termite Requirements
As of January 24, 2017 the Baker County Community Development Department will begin requiring a second termite inspection on all new homes.
